Great location, clean and quiet and very helpful front desk staff. We requested early check in and were pleasantly surprised when our room was ready at 11 am!
I'm staying at this hotel for a business conference and I love it! The location is great, right off of 94 and Bluemound. It's set back from the busy roads, so has the perfect combination of convenience and solitude. The building is easy to navigate, well-decorated, and clean. The lady who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. The room is perfect! Comes with a fridge and microwave. Bottled water is available for $2. Great workspace, huge TV, comfortable bed & pillows, and super clean. Highly recommend!
I decided to split my trip to the Milwaukee area among 4 different hotels and do reviews. This one had the best rating out of all 4. It surpassed my expectations and my stay at this hotel was great. The room was wonderfully decorated, great space to work from and the pillows were absolutely divine. I had a few interactions with the front desk and a young man named Michael was super helpful, friendly and provided great customer service. I also had the opportunity to eat and drink in the restaurant. The food was delicious, shrimp tacos. Lastly the had a EV charging station which was conveniently located in the front of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.
The room and location was great! Not too far from the baseball field and plenty of stores and restaurants around. Only reason for giving service 2 stars is because I told them the first day I got there that there was no shampoo or conditioner. I was told it would be refilled. However, the next day it still was not filled. I asked once more but no one ever came. Everything else was great.
Clean newer hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was great. Nice outside seating area. Ample parking. The front desk lady can just use a little polishing in checking people in, but overall, it was a pretty good experience.
We made a last minute decision to switch hotels when in town this weekend, Oct 10th and 11th. This was a home run! Victoria was the front desk worker upon arrival and checkout. She provided amazing customer service. The rooms were very modern and clean! We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel! Keep up the good work!
I had a CME conference here over the weekend so I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. I have done this each year for the last several years. It's convenient and easy and economical. They have improved their service each year. The rooms are nice and clean and quiet. Everything is right here
Every Hilton Garden that I've stayed at had breakfast included in the price of the room. I'm from Illinois and the Rosemont & Barrington, included breakfast. Other than that, everything was Great!!! Also, The rooms lighting could be a little Brighter.
